酒款介紹 :
- 葡萄品種：100% Pinot Noir。
- 風土：Vosne Romanée公認布根地眾多明星產區中最耀眼的存在，彷彿皇冠上的寶石般珍貴。以DRC為首，名莊雲集。展現布根地除了優雅之外，還具有的力道與華麗，令人聯想到貴族般的風格。
- 釀造：全有機耕作並施以自然動力法，平均產率28~30hl/ha，使用天然酵母100%去梗釀造。
酒莊唯一的一級園，也是在炎熱年份下表現格外突出的Les Suchots。Jean-Marc將Les Suchots風土上較為涼爽的個性詮釋得恰到好處。於橡木桶(30%新桶)中陳釀，紅色果實與清涼草本的香氣與口感，散發玫瑰的典雅香氣，點綴可口的辛香料風味。礦物感的鹹味更增添酒的層次與豐富度，相當精彩。
