酒款介紹 :
- 葡萄品種：100% Pinot Noir。
- 風土：Vosne Romanée公認布根地眾多明星產區中最耀眼的存在，彷彿皇冠上的寶石般珍貴。以DRC為首，名莊雲集。展現布根地除了優雅之外，還具有的力道與華麗，令人聯想到貴族般的風格。
- 釀造：全有機耕作並施以自然動力法，平均產率28~30hl/ha，使用天然酵母100%去梗釀造。
來自Flagey Echezeaux村中最好的特級園，也是世界級掛保證的特級園Grand Echezeaux，於橡木桶(40%新桶)中陳釀16個月。香氣濃郁複雜，單寧與酸度平衡產生了不可思議的張力。口感圓潤細膩柔滑，酒體結構富有層次感，具有強大的陳年潛力，唯有時間方能揭開其驚艷世人的面紗。
