酒款介紹 :
- 葡萄品種：100% Pinot Noir。
- 風土：Vosne Romanée公認布根地眾多明星產區中最耀眼的存在，彷彿皇冠上的寶石般珍貴。以DRC為首，名莊雲集。展現布根地除了優雅之外，還具有的力道與華麗，令人聯想到貴族般的風格。
- 釀造：全有機耕作並施以自然動力法，平均產率28~30hl/ha，使用天然酵母100%去梗釀造。
混和三個地塊，其中「Echezeaux du dessus」賦予酒體深度、「Clos St Denis」的礦物感以及「Poulailéres」的精緻氣息，讓這三個面積合計僅1公頃的地塊創造出美麗的複雜性。於橡木桶(30%新桶)中陳釀16個月，紅色漿果、香草、森林氣息，創造出更加優雅芬芳的Echezeaux，並同時具備特級園的完整架構。
