酒款介紹 :
- 葡萄品種：100% Pinot Noir。
- 風土：梧玖村位於夜丘兩大名村Chambolle Musigny村與Vosne Romanée村之間。歷史上西篤會曾12世紀時在此建立了極具影響力的修道院，也因此獲得許多葡萄園的捐贈，造就今日夜丘最大的特級園Clos Vougeot。事實上其他4塊一級園與村莊級的葡萄酒品質也相當高。紅酒的風格往往以黑櫻桃，黑醋栗，紫羅蘭為主，架構強壯，厚實均衡。罕見的白酒則以熱帶水果與礦物感的平衡感著名，酒體飽滿豐富。
- 釀造：全有機耕作並施以自然動力法，平均產率28~30hl/ha，使用天然酵母100%去梗釀造。
酒標上寫的Grand Maupertuis，明確指出葡萄是採收自梧玖園最頂尖的教皇區，過去上貢給教皇的地塊。新鮮多汁的飽滿紅色莓果香氣，加上豐饒的土壤氣息，表現明確Vougeot的風土個性。同時純淨的酸度與集中度，令人驚訝於優雅與力量兼具的絕妙風味。適中的酒體更證明高強的陳年實力。
