酒款介紹 :
- 葡萄品種：100% Pinot Noir。
- 風土：Volnay 伯恩區僅能生產紅酒的兩個村莊之一。布根地公爵時代，無數的貴族仕女鍾愛此地釀造的美酒。奔放妖豔的花香，多汁的紅色漿果與香料，天鵝絨般的細緻丹寧，被稱為伯恩丘的香波慕斯尼。
- 釀造：有機農法與自然動力法的先驅，使用天然酵母，輕度萃取，低溫浸泡與低新桶比例。
選用Volnay村中Mitans一級園周邊的四個地塊，平均55歲以上的荖藤。包括Grand Champs、Echards、La Gigotte、 Pluchots。
葡萄100%去梗，使用氣動壓榨。原生酵母發酵。使用橡木桶(約5-10%為新桶)陳釀18個月。
比起一般Volnay結構更精緻豐富，礦物結構中擁有更加成熟的香氣，融合各種深色漿果、茴香與紫羅蘭，尾韻悠長，讓人回味無窮。
