酒質介紹 :

  • 葡萄品種:100% Chardonnay。
  • 風土:聖歐班是近年酒迷之間口耳相傳的超值村莊,位於Puligny Montrachet與Chassagne Montrachet兩者之間背斜谷的山坡。富含石灰質的白色黏土,極適合夏多內葡萄的生長。常帶有白花,燧石,綠杏仁,橙花等優雅的香氣,酸度俐落,隨時間展現出蜂蠟,杏仁糖,肉桂等香氣。
  • 釀造:Armand不論紅白酒都採用整串發酵,他認為這樣的做法有助於提高酒質的集中度與香氣的複雜度。經過輕柔的壓榨後,連同沉澱物一起導入橡木桶進行發酵與培養。酒莊的白酒,具有硬質的礦物感,展現極為優雅的本質,由精巧的酸度與輕盈的柑橘類水果香氣包裹,十分均衡,令人聯想到剛進入試飲期的Leflaive。紅酒則具有妖豔迷的性感香氣,將印象中較為陽剛的Pommard村,詮釋得猶如寶塚歌舞劇的王子般,酒體修長,氣質過人。

Saint Romain村的海拔高度在布根地所有產區中可說是名列前茅。葡萄園座向朝西南方,享有充足日照,土壤以石灰岩為主,賦予Chardonnay細緻的酸度與風味。香氣深沉而複雜,口感寬闊且充滿活力,均衡的酒體穿梭於味蕾間,伴隨些許奶油風味,餘韻悠長。使用橡木桶 (50%新桶)陳釀10個月。僅生產1,513瓶。
