風土：Mercurey位於夏隆內丘的中心，自古以來就是布根地知名的紅酒產區，總計劃分出32塊一級園。白酒帶有明顯的白花香氣、柑橘類水果、榛果、杏仁、肉桂，些微的燧石特徵，兼具力量跟優雅；紅酒則以草莓、覆盆莓、櫻桃，混合草地、菸草、可可豆的風味主導，酒體渾厚帶有嚼感，具有強大的陳年實力。
- 釀造：Armand不論紅白酒都採用整串發酵，他認為這樣的做法有助於提高酒質的集中度與香氣的複雜度。經過輕柔的壓榨後，連同沉澱物一起導入橡木桶進行發酵與培養。酒莊的白酒，具有硬質的礦物感，展現極為優雅的本質，由精巧的酸度與輕盈的柑橘類水果香氣包裹，十分均衡，令人聯想到剛進入試飲期的Leflaive。紅酒則具有妖豔迷的性感香氣，將印象中較為陽剛的Pommard村，詮釋得猶如寶塚歌舞劇的王子般，酒體修長，氣質過人。
葡萄園面積約0.37公頃，年產量2,016瓶。酒莊所持有的葡萄園位於高坡，因此黏土質不高，主要以沉積土與石灰岩塊為主。Bill Nanson在酒評中直言勝過許多酒莊的一級園。花香奔放，口感圓潤，帶有甜美多汁的鮮採紅色水果印象，令人驚豔的巧妙之作。
