酒質介紹 :
- 葡萄品種：100% Pinot Noir。
- 風土：Volnay 伯恩區僅能生產紅酒的兩個村莊之一。布根地公爵時代，無數的貴族仕女鍾愛此地釀造的美酒。奔放妖豔的花香，多汁的紅色漿果與香料，天鵝絨般的細緻丹寧，被稱為伯恩丘的香波慕斯尼。
- 釀造：第二十八代的Thibaud 尚且年輕，直到2015年才回到酒莊接掌管理，因此對僅24歲的Thibaud 而言適逢世紀年份2015年更是上天的眷顧，以此做為他親手操刀的首釀年份。
Les Caillerets 是Volnay村最具代表性的一級園，自古便傳下「如果在Caillerets沒有葡萄藤，就不懂Volnay」這樣的說法。混合石灰岩與黏土的土質，面朝東南的座向，適度的海拔高度，都使得這第的果實具有極高的成熟度。
伊馮克勒傑酒莊在此地僅擁有0.47公頃的土地，且劃區多95歲以上的老藤，產率僅約12-15 hl/ha！架構明顯更加龐大精緻，緊緻的黑色漿果與花香，感覺到明顯的礦物感。
