- 葡萄品種：100% Pinot Noir。

風土：布根地最多人造訪的城市就是伯恩市，此地同時也是42塊一級園的聚集地。酒色明亮，香氣活潑，時常帶有黑醋栗，黑莓，紅櫻桃，鵝莓，以及大地土壤的香氣。陳年後演化出松露，皮革，香料等複雜元素。年輕時就非常甜美誘人，陳放後結構更加明確，也是另一番絕妙風味。
- 釀造：Armand不論紅白酒都採用整串發酵，他認為這樣的做法有助於提高酒質的集中度與香氣的複雜度。經過輕柔的壓榨後，連同沉澱物一起導入橡木桶進行發酵與培養。酒莊的白酒，具有硬質的礦物感，展現極為優雅的本質，由精巧的酸度與輕盈的柑橘類水果香氣包裹，十分均衡，令人聯想到剛進入試飲期的Leflaive。紅酒則具有妖豔迷的性感香氣，將印象中較為陽剛的Pommard村，詮釋得猶如寶塚歌舞劇的王子般，酒體修長，氣質過人。
Les Boucherottes一級園具有東南的絕佳日照條件，南方緊鄰Pommard村的同名一級園。葡萄種植於1964年。葡萄全數帶梗發酵，使用橡木桶(50%)新桶陳釀14個月。整體結構緊緻，格局雄偉，保留了輕盈的紅色將果風味與酸度活力，完美融合酒莊特色與風土個性的精彩作品。僅釀造600瓶。
- A fine nose, more elegant than the Morgeot but less overtly inviting today. Plenty of peps, of weight and energy here – this is no small wine. A little fumé oak in the middle but long, slowly mouth-watering finishing ».
