Letter to Our Customers and the Taiwan Wine Community
親愛的朋友、顧客與合作夥伴：
當鈞太酒藏十多年前在仁愛路開設旗艦店時，我們懷著明確的理念—打造一個結合零售、酒吧、酒窖與辦公空間於一體的全新概念空間。這在當時的台灣，是一項開創性的嘗試，旨在讓人與美酒之間的距離更近一步。
多年以來，我們見證了台灣葡萄酒文化的蓬勃發展。如今，越來越多的酒吧、酒窖與品酒空間在台北各地出現，這正是社群茁壯的象徵。對我們而言，這樣的成長是最好的肯定——證明我們當初的理念產生了共鳴，而看到他人延續並共同發展這個理念，更讓我們深感欣慰。
這個空間，也承載了無數難忘的回憶。我們曾迎接台灣充滿熱情的愛酒人、莊主與評論家們，包括 Allen Meadows 與 Peter Liem，並與各位一同見證台灣葡萄酒文化的演進。感謝每一位曾與我們共飲、對談、分享情誼的貴賓。
然而，如同葡萄酒隨時間而演變，萬物皆需與時俱進。近年來，在台北市中心經營一間以專業知識同時結合高度人力服務為運作核心的酒商，環境已與當年大不相同。挑戰與日俱增，各項租金數度上漲，餐飲與零售業的人力難尋，營運成本亦節節攀升。
我們的仁愛旗艦店租約將於明年屆滿，並將於 2026 年 7 月 31 日 正式結束營業，為這段非凡的篇章畫下句點。但當一個篇章落幕，新的篇章也隨之展開。
自明年起，鈞太酒藏將於信義安和地區設立 全新總公司辦公室，同時開設 全新旗艦店。新旗艦店以 安和沙龍（Anhe Salon） 為核心，將以純零售形式營運—不再提供儲酒櫃租賃服務與內用餐飲空間—讓我們能更加靈活專注於最擅長的事：將布根地與香檳的偉大風土佳釀帶給台灣的愛酒人。
這新的篇章，象徵著重生與前行。它讓我們能更貼近時代脈動，精進營運模式，並再次聚焦於我們的核心使命—以誠信與熱情，精選並分享世界上最真實、最具風土精神的葡萄酒。

To our friends, customers, and partners across Taiwan’s wine community,
When Domaine Wine Cellars first opened our Ren’ai flagship over ten years ago, we set out to do something new — a single space that brought together retail, a wine lounge, private storage, and our offices, all under one roof. It was a pioneering model in Taiwan, designed to bring people and great wines closer together.
In the years since, it’s been inspiring to watch Taiwan’s wine culture flourish. We’ve seen more wine bars, lounges, and storage facilities emerge across Taipei — a reflection of how far the community has come. To us, this growth has always felt like affirmation, proof that the idea we helped introduce truly resonated. Seeing others build on that foundation has been one of our greatest validations.
Over the years, this space has given us memories that will last a lifetime. We’ve welcomed Taiwan’s passionate wine lovers, producers, and critics such as Allen Meadows and Peter Liem through our doors, and we’ve been humbled to grow alongside so many of you. To every guest who has shared a glass, a conversation, or a friendship here — thank you.
Yet, like the wines we cherish, all things evolve with time. In recent years, the realities of running a high-service, knowledge-driven wine business in central Taipei have changed dramatically. Rents have climbed several times, staffing has become increasingly difficult across the F&B industry, and operational costs have continued to rise.
Our lease at Ren’ai will end next year, and on July 31, 2026, we will close the doors of our Ren’ai flagship for the final time, marking the close of an extraordinary chapter. But as one chapter closes, another begins.
Beginning next year, Domaine Wine Cellars will open a new corporate office in the Xinyi–Anhe area, as well as a new flagship store nearby. The flagship, centered around our Anhe Salon, will operate as a pure retail store — without locker facilities or a dine-in lounge — allowing us to stay agile and focused on what we do best: bringing the greatest wines of Burgundy and Champagne to Taiwan.
This next chapter represents renewal — a chance to adapt to the times, refine our operations, and double down on our core mission: curating and sharing the world’s most authentic, terroir-driven wines with integrity and care.
From the entire Domaine team, thank you for being part of our journey so far. We look forward to welcoming you into this new chapter — one that remains rooted in passion, precision, and the pursuit of excellence.
