Rousseau酒莊。1993年時的莊主，也是現任莊主Jean-Louis的父親Jean與姐姐Mado Trapet決定分家獨立，成為今日的Rossignol-Trapet 與Trapet Père et Fils。\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e直到1995年，現任莊主Jean-Louis完成第戎大學的釀造學位，並經歷波爾多，香檳漢斯，加州等主要葡萄酒產區的研習，正式回歸接掌酒莊。妻子Andrée來自阿爾薩斯，以Domaine Trapet之名，與Domaine Trapet Père et Fils一樣由兩人共同經營管理。\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e從Jean-Louis接手後的隔年開始，酒莊便轉向自然動力法，杜絕化學產品，透過綠色採收與每公頃12,000株的高密度，提升果實的集中度與濃郁度。1998年時便取得Biodyvin的認證，2005再進一步獲得ECOCERT的有機認證，是布根地有機農法與生物動力法的先驅酒莊。Jean-Louis認為生物動力法才能幫助葡萄找到自身的平衡，保存更多的細節，而非只依賴糖度跟單寧。在裝瓶後的窖陳發展，也能形成更穩定和緩的發展曲線。\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e手工採收後進行兩次人工篩選，含梗比例依年份與葡萄狀態介於30%~100%，這在過去較為男性化印象的Gevrey
