Leflaive風範，自成一派的新生代永續農法大師！\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDomaine Heitz-Lochardet的歷史可以追溯到1857年。當時Nie-Vantey家族在布根地擁有許多的葡萄園，地塊分布從Santenay到Clos de Vougeot，是當時知名的大地主。不久之後葡萄根瘤蚜蟲疫情延燒到布根地，使得家族不得不決定賣掉一部分的葡萄園。所幸Georges Lochardet頗具先見之明，將一些伯恩丘的葡萄園保留下來，大約留有20公頃的葡萄園。當Georges Lochardet去世時，他將一半的葡萄園留給兒子Armand Lochardet。這些地塊幾乎全部都是赫赫有名的知名地塊，包括Meursault 1er Perrières、Chevalier Montrachet等，也因此成為海茲洛沙雷酒莊今日快速崛起的基石。\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eArmand Lochardet育有三個孩子，Bernard、Catherine、和Brigitte，土地也因此再被切分。1983年，Brigitte Lochardet與丈夫Christian Heitz成立酒莊，不過並未自行裝瓶出售，而是將葡萄出售給Maison Joseph Drouhin。直到倆夫妻的兒子，也就是現任莊主Armand Heitz在2011年完成釀酒師學位後，才與Maison Joseph Drouhin終止契約，並以Heitz-Lochardet酒莊為名自行裝瓶出售。Armand Heitz在推出首釀年份即獲得貴人鼎力相助，此人正是曾與白酒名莊女莊主Anne-Claude Leflaive合作長達八年的釀酒師 — Ludovic Pierrot。Armand不僅從Ludovic Pierrot的身上學到許多白酒的釀造哲學；更重要的是，傳承來自生物動力法宗師Anne-Claude Leflaive的環境保育理念。\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eArmand發現許多地塊由於過度開墾而缺乏生命力，在歷經5年使用生物動力法仍不見轉機後，決定嘗試遵循永續農法與農業生態學。將豆類等淺根植物種在園中，並使用伐木業的副產品—枝生碎木(Bois Raméaux Fragmentés, BRF) 覆蓋在土壤上，藉此重建適合微生物生存的環境。僅用了6個月的時間，葡萄園就恢復原有的生息。他認為葡萄酒不應該只注重葡萄本身的品質，而是整個葡萄樹，包括從根、莖、葉、梗都是葡萄酒一切品質的來源。因此，Armand的紅酒都採用高比例帶梗發酵手法。\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e海茲洛沙雷酒莊的白酒，具有硬質的礦物感，展現極為優雅的本質，由精巧的酸度與輕盈的柑橘類水果香氣包裹，十分均衡，令人聯想到剛進入試飲期的Domaine Leflaive。紅酒則具有妖豔迷的性感香氣，將印象中較為陽剛的Pommard村，詮釋得猶如寶塚歌舞劇的王子般，酒體修長，氣質過人。\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e隨著莊主Armand Heitz獲得越來越多的關注，酒莊也在今年由Heitz-Lochardet正式改名為Armand Heitz。不僅在法國與不少知名星級餐廳和飯店合作，如巴黎五星級飯店Ritz，以及米其林三星餐廳L’Ambroisie與Guy
