Buisson娶了Marie Matrot，正式開啟了Buisson-Charles酒莊的前身，接班的Michel Buisson(1935-2021)娶了來自Nantoux的Mlle Charles，她的妹妹則嫁給了同在Meursault村的Francois Jobard (Michel的弟弟成立了Buisson-Battault酒莊；兩個姊妹分別嫁給了Michelot及Vaudoisey家族)。\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMichel Buisson於2001年將酒莊託付給第四代的Catherine Buisson及女婿Patrick Essa管理，兒子Louis Essa在瑞士完成釀酒文憑後，也加入團隊，2019年份即為Louis操刀的首釀年份，準備成為酒莊新一代的掌舵人。目前共計9公頃的葡萄園(白酒佔6.5公頃；紅酒佔2.5公頃)，年產量約53,000瓶。主要位於Meursault村、其餘則分佈在Pommard、Volnay、Chassagne、Puligny等村莊。其中許多位於Meursault村的精華地塊皆超過100年以上的耕耘。\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e雖然在Meursault村各酒莊對於採收時間各有其觀點，相比幾間名莊如Coche Dury、Roulot、Arnaud Ente的早採收方式，Patrick堅信葡萄要在完全成熟時才採收，讓葡萄生長週期拉長，因此包括修枝、採收時間比多數鄰居都晚；他認為這跟各家如何做葡萄園管理、釀酒風格有關。最終的酒風較為飽滿且同時具有張力的酸度。\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e葡萄園中定期做翻土，每年分別進行三次的翻土，不使用任何除草劑、且基於環保，春季也不使用蠟燭禦寒！紅酒從完全去梗到全數帶梗皆有，依地塊及年份狀況而異。紅白酒皆於橡木桶中陳釀，在裝瓶前先導入不銹鋼槽靜置幾個月，釀造過程中不添加SO2，裝瓶前不過慮也不澄清，Patrick與Louis都深信最終風土是決定風味的最大要素，遠大於釀酒過程。\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e不論是法國國內、歐美、亞洲市場上，Buisson-Charles的酒款皆享盛名，相當具權威指標的Allen
