Lignier酒莊為首，釀造出許多偉大的酒款。但近十年來Georges Lignier et Fils，喬治林涅父子酒莊在新世代釀酒師接班後，導入現在布根地最新銳的釀造理念，大幅投入葡萄園管理，以及葡萄樹藤陸續邁入50歲的成熟階段的各項條件挹注下，彷彿萬事俱備準備迎接東風般，成為超越Hubert Lignier酒莊的名莊，吸引了國際級重量級酒評家們的目光。\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e當20世紀初期，Georges Lignier先生繼承父親Jules手上的一部分田產，成立Georges Lignier 酒莊。1949年時，喬治的兒子Bernard加入酒莊，並改名為現在的喬治林涅父子酒莊，父子齊心成為當時莫瑞聖丹尼村中獨立酒莊的先鋒。1970年時， Bernard的兒子也名為喬治，接手酒莊後更持續擴大購買葡萄園達到現在的16公頃。2002年時，喬治的姪子Benoit Stehly在完成釀酒學業後加入酒莊，並於2008年完全接手，成為目前的莊主，也是喬治林涅父子酒莊得以大幅躍昇的主要原因。\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBenoit Stehly帶來許多重大的改良，首重葡萄園的管理，放任行間雜草生長，修剪下來的樹枝切碎後重新撒回葡萄園，改善微生物的環境。一年四季都可以在葡萄園看到Benoit穿梭的身影，忙著摘芽、剪葉、樹冠塑形、綠色採收。堅持手工採收，以便在葡萄園中就進行第一次的人工選果。之後再進行第二次的嚴格選果，並進行約80%的除梗後，進行4~5天的低溫冷浸泡，之後導入控溫槽中，幫助原生酵母啟動發酵，期間依據年份與地塊進行踩皮與淋汁，輕柔地萃取果實中的酚類物質。再換置於小橡木桶中進行18~20個月的長期培養。新桶比例特級園約50%，一級園約30%，其餘都為舊桶，維持黑皮諾本身的純淨感。並且在裝瓶前的一個月，會再進行一次過桶，以天然方式進行過濾沉澱。\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e酒莊的世代之間銜接相當順暢，Benoit
